General conditions of sale

  1. Service description

Mozaik Group Ltd., Slavonska avenija 6/2, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 05023637607, e-mail: info@mozaik-grupa.hr (hereinafter referred to as “Mozaik grupa doo”) enables and implements the sale of products/services as the Organizer of the ATD Conference via the website www.advtechdays.com and related sites (hereinafter referred to as the “Mozaik grupa system”, “Sites”).

The Mozaik Group system consists of the Organizer’s website www.advtechdays.com and the online platform run.events , through which the User is enabled to register and purchase tickets.

The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, which is described in the Privacy Rules of each Page: https://www.advtechdays.com/politika-privatnosti/ and https://run.events/legal/data-privacy/

The Mozaik Group System is intended for the Mozaik Group as the Organizer of the ATD Conference event with the aim of promoting and/or selling the aforementioned product/service/event, to bring people – Customers – in contact with them who will purchase the right to access/participate in such an event through the Mozaik Group System. On the other hand, the Mozaik Group System is also intended for Customers who wish to obtain the right to access the event and for that access they need a credential (ticket) with which they will identify themselves to the Organizer on the day of the event.

A customer is any visitor to the Mozaik Group system who has come to the Website and who purchases a product/service offered on the Mozaik Group system.

A user is any visitor to the Mozaik Group system, including the Organizer and the Customer.

This document is an electronic contract between Mozaik grupa doo and the User/Buyer, and by accepting it, both parties accept all rights, obligations and responsibilities stated therein.

2. User profile registration

To purchase any product or service offered on the Mozaik Group system, the User is required to first open a user profile (registration). Opening a user profile is necessary in order for the User to have easy and simple access to orders and to easily edit their settings.

By registering or opening a user profile, buying or downloading tickets, it is considered that the User has read, understood and accepted these General Terms of Use in their entirety.

All major communication related to the contract between the Organizer and the Customer will take place via e-mail. The organizer will use the e-mail address(es) provided by the customer for all official information and announcements related to the signed contract. The customer is obliged to ensure that e-mails sent by the Organizer to the specified addresses are received and read within seven days. The spam filter and other security settings must be adjusted by the Customer. Any Customer request resulting from an unread e-mail will be ignored.

3. Changes to conditions

Mozaik Group doo reserves the right to terminate or amend the Terms of Sale set forth herein at any time, and without prior notice, if it deems it necessary. Therefore, we advise Users to re-read the information contained in the Terms of Sale from time to time to stay informed of such changes. Please note that if there are changes to the Terms of Sale and the User continues to use the Mozaik Group system, it is understood that they have read, understood and accepted the new Terms in full.

The organizer reserves the right to change the content or schedule of the event, or to replace individual speakers. There are no legal claims against the Organizer in case of changes to the content or the selection of speakers.

4. Purchase of the Organizer’s services and generation and issuance of tickets/credentials

Mozaik grupa d.o.o. is the owner of the products/services it offers through its website, and is therefore responsible for potential deficiencies or any other problems that may arise when using the services it offers.

A ticket purchased on the Mozaik Group system is issued in the name of the Buyer, is the property of the Organizer and is proof of the purchase of a specific product or service.

Mozaik grupa d.o.o. is the Organizer of events that are offered promotionally through the Mozaik grupa Website/System. The Mozaik grupa system is an electronic platform for enabling the purchase of the Organizer’s products/services/events that are offered on a promotional basis via the Mozaik grupa Website/System, and at the same time, Mozaik grupa doo through the Mozaik grupa System provides customers with the service of issuing tickets, which are usually used to legitimize the authority to attend the Organizer’s service/product/event on the day of the event.

The terms and conditions listed with the description of the events offered by the Organizer through the Mozaik Group System represent an offer to conclude a contract that the Buyer accepts by purchasing a service using the Mozaik Group System. Accordingly, by accepting the Organizer’s offer listed in the Mozaik Group System, the Buyer enters into a legal purchase and sale transaction with the Organizer and the Buyer is a party to that legal relationship.

At the same time, the Buyer enters into a legal agreement with Mozaik grupa doo as a service provider for using the Mozaik grupa System for the purposes of generating and issuing tickets for attending the event, all in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. Ticket prices are expressed in euros.

For the service of generating and issuing tickets/credentials, Mozaik grupa doo does not charge a fee for the same service.

5. Payment

Mozaik grupa doo enables the User to make a purchase via an Offer created from the Mozaik grupa system and sent to the User’s e-mail address. The Offer can be paid for via a secure online payment system or by bank transfer directly to the Mozaik grupa doo account, according to the instructions provided on the page where the order was created.

Available payment methods include:

  • Bancontact
  • EPS
  • SEPA Direct Debit
  • ideal
  • Klarna
  • Google Pay

All transactions are carried out via a secure interface that ensures the protection of users’ personal and financial data. Mozaik Grupa doo does not store payment card information, and the billing process is carried out by an authorized payment service provider within the Run.events platform.

6. Delivery of tickets

After a successful purchase, the tickets will be visible to the User on their Profile in the Mozaik Group system.

Tickets do not need to be printed.

The buyer can deliver the purchased ticket to a third party by sending them a link through which the person will register in the Mozaik Group system and thus collect the ticket.

The customer can cancel attending the conference no later than one day before the conference and can transfer his ticket to a third party.

7. Use of tickets

The customer is obliged to keep the purchased tickets according to the offer as well as the confirmation of the payment of the Offer. The organizer is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed or copied tickets.

When entering the event, the Organizer can check the validity of the Customer’s tickets in one of the following ways:

By visually checking the digital ticket for the current ATD conference
Checking the identity of the Customer based on the appropriate document for inspection.

Although Mozaik grupa doo does its best to facilitate and simplify the process of entering the event, control of the entrance is necessary in order to control the validity of the Tickets

Reproduction, sale or trading of Tickets is strictly prohibited, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any attempt to use a Ticket that does not comply with these terms and conditions will result in the cancellation of that Ticket.

The ticket is valid only for the event at the place and time specified on the ticket.

Each Customer/User/Speaker is responsible for any technical malfunctions when they attempt to connect their devices to any outlet at the venue. The organizer is not responsible for damage caused by technical malfunctions that may occur as a result of fluctuating power supply, high voltage or power failure.

8. Refunds and complaints

Mozaik grupa doo is obliged to inform Customers about any changes that occur, such as postponement or cancellation of events.

The refund of the amount of money paid for the right of entry to the event (ticket) is possible only in case of cancellation of the event, change of its date or in case of significant change in the program or in case of force majeure. A refund of the amount of money paid for the right to enter the event (ticket) is not possible in case of personal reasons, such as illness, business obligations, change of mind, etc.

Pursuant to Art. 86. paragraph 1. t. 12. According to the Law on Consumer Protection, the Customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Distance Contract (refund), considering that the subject of the contract is the provision of services related to free time, which take place at a specific time or in a specific period.

By accepting these conditions, the customer confirms that he has understood this provision.

When a refund is agreed for a canceled event, Mozaik grupa doo will, depending on the method of purchase/payment, refund the ticket price, minus any associated costs (transaction costs, services, etc.), to the Buyer’s credit card or bank account.

If the event does not take place, i.e. if he did not receive the paid product/service, the Customer is obliged to inform Mozaik grupa doo about this within one (1) day at the latest from the scheduled start of the event, i.e. the delivery of the product/service.

If the Customer does not inform Mozaik grupa doo about the situation within the specified period, it will be considered that he is satisfied with the product/service paid for, that is, that the event has taken place and he loses the right to a refund.

Pursuant to Article 10. of the Consumer Protection Act, the user can send their written complaint to the e-mail address: prijave@advtechdays.com or by mail to the address: Mozaik grupa doo Slavonska avenija 6/2, 10000 Zagreb. In the complaint, please state your name, surname and e-mail or postal address for delivery of the reply. We will deliver the response to the complaint in written form no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
