- Service description
MPG doo, Nova Ves 17, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 35677542029 (hereinafter referred to as “MPG doo”) facilitates and implements the sale of products/services as the Organizer of the ATD Conference via the website www.advtechdays.com and related pages (hereinafter referred to as “system MPG”, “Pages”).
The MPG system consists of the Organizer’s website www.advtechdays.com and the run.events online platform through which the User can register and buy tickets.
The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, which is described in the Privacy Rules of each Page: https://www.advtechdays.com/politika-privatnosti/ and https://run.events/legal/data-privacy/
The MPG system is intended for MPG as the Event Organizer of the ATD conference with the aim of promoting and/or selling the specified product/service/event, so that people – Buyers – who will purchase the right to access/participate in such an event through the MPG System are brought into contact with them. . On the other hand, the MPG system is also intended for Buyers who want to obtain the right to access the event, and for that access, they need a letter of credit (ticket) that will be used to identify the Organizer on the day of the event.
A customer is any visitor to the MPG system who has come to the Website and who purchases a product/service offered on the MPG system.
A user is any visitor to the MPG system, including the Organizer and the Customer.
This document is an electronic contract between MPG d.o.o. and the User/Buyer, and by accepting it, both parties accept all the rights, obligations and responsibilities stated in it.
2. User profile registration
To purchase any product or service offered on the MPG system, the User is required to open a user profile (registration). Opening a user profile is necessary in order for the User to have easy and simple access to orders and to easily edit their settings.
By registering or opening a user profile, buying or downloading tickets, it is considered that the User has read, understood and accepted these General Terms of Use in their entirety.
All major communication related to the contract between the Organizer and the Customer will take place via e-mail. The organizer will use the e-mail address(es) provided by the customer for all official information and announcements related to the signed contract. The customer is obliged to ensure that e-mails sent by the Organizer to the specified addresses are received and read within seven days. The spam filter and other security settings must be adjusted by the Customer. Any Customer request resulting from an unread e-mail will be ignored.
3. Changes to conditions
MPG reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, if it deems it necessary, to cancel or amend the Terms of Sale stated here. Therefore, we advise Users to re-read the information contained in the Terms of Sale from time to time to stay informed of such changes. Please note that if there are changes in the Terms of Sale and the User continues to use the MPG system, it is understood that he has read, understood and accepted the new Terms in their entirety.
The organizer reserves the right to change the content or schedule of the event, or to replace individual speakers. There are no legal claims against the Organizer in case of changes to the content or the selection of speakers.
4. Purchase of the Organizer’s services and generation and issuance of tickets/credentials
MPG is the owner of the products/services it offers as a promotional offer through its Site, and is therefore responsible for potential deficiencies or any other problems that may arise when using the services it offers.
A ticket purchased on the MPG system is issued in the name of the Customer, is the property of the Organizer and is proof of the purchase of a specific product or service.
MPG is the Organizer of promotional events offered through the MPG Site/System. The MPG system represents an electronic platform for enabling the purchase of the Organizer’s products/services/events that are offered promotionally through the MPG Site/System, and at the same time, MPG through the MPG System provides the Customers with the service of issuing tickets, which are usually used to legitimize the right to attend the service/product/event Organizer on the day of the event.
The conditions listed with the description of events offered by the Organizer through the MPG System represent an offer to conclude a contract that the Customer accepts by purchasing the service using the MPG System. Therefore, by accepting the Organizer’s offer, which is listed in the MPG System, the Buyer enters into a legal transaction with the Organizer, and the Buyer is a party to that legal relationship.
At the same time, the Customer enters into a legal agreement with MPG doo as a service provider for the use of the MPG System for the purposes of generating and issuing tickets for attending the event, all in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Ticket prices are expressed in euros.
For the service of generating and issuing a ticket/credential, MPG does not charge a fee for the same service.
5. Payment
MPG allows the User to make a purchase through an Offer created from the MPG system and sent to the User’s e-mail address. The offer can be paid by bank transfer directly to the MPG account, according to the instructions provided on the page where the order was created.
Instructions for using the MPG system are summarized in the following steps:
After creating the order and receiving the offer to the Customer’s e-mail, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 days.
After the customer’s payment, MPG creates an invoice for the paid offer and sends it to the customer’s e-mail.
The customer can find a valid ticket on his profile.
The creation of the order is possible no later than the day before the start of the event, in order for MPG to arrive on time to record and forward the ticket to the Buyer.
6. Delivery of tickets
After a successful purchase, the tickets will be visible to the User on his Profile in the MPG system.
Tickets do not need to be printed.
The customer can deliver the purchased ticket to a third party by sending him a link through which the person will register in the MPG system and thus download the ticket.
The customer can cancel attending the conference no later than one day before the conference and can transfer his ticket to a third party.
7. Use of tickets
The customer is obliged to keep the purchased tickets according to the offer as well as the confirmation of the payment of the Offer. The organizer is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed or copied tickets.
When entering the event, the Organizer can check the validity of the Customer’s tickets in one of the following ways:
Although MPG does its best to facilitate and simplify the event entry process, entry control is necessary to control the validity of the Tickets
Reproduction, sale or trading of Tickets is strictly prohibited, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to use a Ticket that does not comply with these terms and conditions will result in the cancellation of that Ticket.
The ticket is valid only for the event at the place and time specified on the ticket.
Each Customer/User/Speaker is responsible for any technical malfunctions when they attempt to connect their devices to any outlet at the venue. The organizer is not responsible for damage caused by technical malfunctions that may occur as a result of fluctuating power supply, high voltage or power failure.
8. Refunds and complaints
MPG is obliged to inform the Customers about any changes such as postponement or cancellation of the event.
The refund of the amount of money paid for the right of entry to the event (ticket) is possible only in case of cancellation of the event, change of its date or in case of significant change in the program or in case of force majeure. A refund of the amount of money paid for the right to enter the event (ticket) is not possible in case of personal reasons, such as illness, business obligations, change of mind, etc.
Pursuant to Art. 86. paragraph 1. t. 12. According to the Law on Consumer Protection, the Customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Distance Contract (refund), considering that the subject of the contract is the provision of services related to free time, which take place at a specific time or in a specific period.
By accepting these conditions, the customer confirms that he has understood this provision.
When a refund is agreed for a canceled event, MPG will, depending on the method of purchase/payment, refund the amount of the ticket price minus the accompanying costs (transaction costs, services, etc.) to the Customer’s credit card or bank account.

If the event does not take place, i.e. if he did not receive the paid product/service, the Customer is obliged to inform MPG about this within one (1) day at the latest from the scheduled start of the event, i.e. the delivery of the product/service.
If the Customer does not inform MPG about the situation within the specified period, it will be considered that he is satisfied with the product/service paid for, i.e. that the event has taken place and he loses the right to a refund.
Pursuant to Article 10. of the Act on Consumer Protection, the user can send his written complaint to the e-mail address: advtechdays.com or by mail to the address: MPG doo, Nova Ves 17, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. In the complaint, please state your name, surname and e-mail or postal address for delivery of the reply. We will deliver the response to the complaint in written form no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
